Wonder With Us!

You are invited to join your neighbors for the first Community Reading Series! We're currently reading When You Wonder, You're Learning: Mister Rogers' Enduring Lessons for Raising Creative, Curious, Caring Kids by Gregg Behr and Ryan Rydzewski

This book explores the science behind Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, and how to foster a love for learning in today's children with tools that you already have.

The reading groups are meeting at the Meadville Public Library from mid October through early December.

Next Meetings:

11/2 at 3:00 Facilitators - Eileen Mullen and Dan Slozat
11/2 at 3:15 Facilitator - Ann Noonen
11/2 at 5:15 Facilitator - David Miller
11/17 at 4:00 Faciliatators - Andy Walker and Mike Williams

And join us on November 9th to learn more from the authors! Gregg Behr and Ryan Rydzewski will be at the Academy Theater to discuss their book and the lessons they have learned.

Together we will engage the wisdom Fred Rogers has to offer about raising and educating our young people – and, in the process, transforming ourselves in ways that will help us all find orientation and meaning indispensable for remaking our world into a better place.

Please let us know of your interest and spread the word!

This reading group is the result of a partnership between Crawford Central School District, Allegheny College, the Crawford County K-12 Career Education Alliance, and the Meadville Public Library
