Our tool library is a collection of hand and power tools that can be checked out for four days at a time for free.

Who Can Check Out Tools?

Tools may be borrowed by adult CCFLS cardholders 18 years of age or older. We do ask that you sign a liability waiver prior to your first checkout.

How Long Can I Check the Tools Out For?

Tools may circulate for a total of 4 days per person. They must be returned to the desk from which they were checked out, not in a book drop. There is no grace period after the loan has expired.

Is There a Fine if I Return a Tool Late?

There is a fine of $1 per day.

Can I Place a Hold on a Tool?

Patrons may place a reserve on tools. Tools may be renewed twice if there is no reserve.

This resource requires a library card to use it.
