Meadville Public Library to Offer Teen Summer Reading Program

Area teens, ages 18 and under, are invited to “Express Yourself @ Your Library” this summer by participating in the Meadville Public Library’s teen summer reading program from June 8th to August 7th. Teens are invited to come to the library and read for prizes as well as take part in special events offered throughout the summer.

Special events this summer will include crafts, booktalks, board games, a “Sing Your Own Song” program with Mary Lynne Peters, and a special end of the summer party with games, food and prizes. In addition to being able to enter the regular prize give-away each time a book is checked out (up to one entry per day), teens will have the opportunity to participate in three special drawings.
