The latest heat wave is proving to be challenging for the staff and patrons of the Meadville Public Library. Patrons are now being greeted with a sign on the door saying the cooling system is broken and unrepairable. The library is managing the current heat wave by installing new ceiling and box fans in as many locations as possible.
