State and Federal Tax Forms are now available at the Meadville Public Library.

Please be aware that we have a limited supply and selection of forms. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the library, you can find forms online here to print or contact the IRS directly for copies.

Also, we ask that you take only the forms you need for your personal use. If you can share instruction booklets with others in your family, it would allow more people to have access to our limited resources. Thank you!

The library will be closed for the Christmas holiday on Saturday, December 24th and Monday, December 26th. The library will be closed for New Year’s on Saturday, December 31st and Monday, January 2nd.

It’s time again for the annual Patron’s Drive. Please consider donating; all donations will be used to purchase new materials for the library’s collection.

2011 Patrons Drive

The Fall Used Book Sale will be held at the Helene Barco-Duratz Cultural Center at 411 Chestnut Street November 3rd through November 5th. The sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Meadville Public Library and RSVP. Dates and times are as follows:

• Thursday, Nov. 3rd: 4 pm – 8 pm
• Friday, Nov. 4th: 9:30 am – 5 pm
• Saturday, Nov. 5th: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm

Saturday is Bag Day all day – $2 per bag or $3 per box. For more information on the sale, please call the library at 336-1773.
